Thank you for considering us for your next function. Please keep in mind that our sample menus have been written with a balance of ingredients and flavours. Feel free to modify them as you please but try and remember that it is very easy to end up with a set of choices that all have similar flavours or the same ingredients, eg. mushrooms. I hope this small tip helps to make your event a memorable one for both you and your guests. If you would like to discuss your menu choices with our Chef please feel free to contact us. Terms and Conditions

  • ROOM HIRE : is complimentary from Monday to Saturday for all set menu and buffet menu events, a $200.00 hiring fee applies on Sundays only. Service and setup fees apply to cocktail style functions.
  • INITIAL BOOKING & DEPOSIT PROCEDURE : Tentative bookings will be held for 21 days. Confirmation together with a deposit of $10.00 per person (with a minimum of $200.00 payable) is required immediately after the 21 day period has expired to secure your booking. If the appropriate deposit is not received within a further 7 day period, the Manager shall be at liberty to cancel the booking without recourse by any person against Classics Restaurant.
  • CANCELLATIONS : A cancellation fee will apply for all events cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the confirmed date of the function. No refund will be given for any deposit, however the event may be rescheduled to another date using the same deposit. Any individual guest who cancels within one week of the function will lose their full payment.
  • FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENT : Final numbers and full food payment (including beverage package payment if applicable) to be provided one week prior to the function. This final number given is considered to be a guarantee of numbers attending and is not subject to reduction. If final numbers are significantly lower than initially indicated then we reserves the right to move the event to a more suitably sized room. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or cheque.
  • SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS : We are more than happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements with prior notice. Please advise at least one week prior to your event to ensure a suitable meal will be available on the day.
  • DAMAGE : Organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the venue's property and equipment caused by guests during the function.
  • INFORMATION & PRICING : Information and pricing detailed on our website and in information provided by us will be accurate at the time of publishing but may change thereafter. Prices quoted are firm for a period of 6 months from the date of booking but are subject to change thereafter. For events booked more than 6 months in advance please reconfirm price closer to the proposed date. Any changes to our pricing structure will be published on our website. (This does not apply to special occasion menus. eg. Christmas Menus, New Years Eve Menu etc. Once published, these prices will not alter.)
