Simply select the items that you desire, add up the individual prices listed next to each item and you will have the price per person for your personalised cocktail menu. With little mess and no need for cutlery and crockery, cocktail food can be served just about anywhere. From drinks and nibbles in office buildings to garden cocktail receptions, you can select the exact items that you like. For smaller functions a domestic oven is usually sufficient. For larger functions we may need to do a site inspection to make sure that heating facilities, bench space etc are sufficient for the amount of food ordered. If the function is not staffed then the food will be supplied in disposable alfoil containers ready for the oven. Heating will only take 15 to 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Hot items can be delivered hot if the food is to be consumed shortly after delivery and the delivery distance is not excessive.

Information for the Organiser of Cocktail Events held at our Restaurant

White paper cocktail serviettes are provided free of charge. Our Restaurant will provide a cake knife and tulle for the cake table for all weddings.

	Set Up Fee
	A set up fee is incurred for all cocktail style functions held at the Restaurant. The fee covers the staffing costs of the basic setting up and cleaning up of the area booked for the function. Charges are as follows.

	Confirmation of final number of guests attending is required one week prior to the function with full food payment (and beverage package payment if applicable). Organisers are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to the Restaurant's property or equipment or property and equipment hired from any third party for the duration of the function.
