Christmas Function Menus 2009



Our Restaurant is a versatile venue just minutes from the city, with plenty of on-site parking, character, style and flexibility. Offering a range of function rooms varying in size, groups of 12 to 120 guests are easily accomodated. Specially designed menus have been compiled to showcase a selection of modern creations along with all time Christmas favourites.



Information for the Organiser

Lunch and Dinner functions available.
All Christmas Functions include : Christmas napkins, Bon-Bons and Lollies.

A deposit of $10.00 per person is required to confirm bookings, followed by guaranteed numbers attending and full payment one week prior to the event.
Christmas Function Menus are valid until Saturday 20th December 2009.
All food and beverage menu's are subject to seasonal availablity.

Entree

Chicken Tenderloins
Wrapped in pancetta with balsamic jus & julienne of snow peas.

Main Course

Classic's Roast Turkey
With an apple and sourdough stuffing, cranberry glaze & roast chat potatoes with rosemary salt.

Or

Oven Baked Barramundi
Seasoned fillet, just cooked with tomatoes florentine & chive beurre blanc.

*All main courses will be served with bowls of seasonal vegetables to share.

Dessert

Christmas Pudding
Steamed, with a warm cognac anglaise & creme chantilly.

Buffet of Freshly Percolated Coffee and Selection of regular and herbal teas.

With toasted pinenuts, young cos leaves and aged balsamic.

Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet
